【Product Strategy】
Join the freee product/service development team, and take charge of user research, UX design, UI design, prototyping, etc. for web/tablet/mobile applications. Team members are looking for colleagues who have a strong interest in solving user problems and create great value by launching new solutions in the world.
【Design Process】
Products and services offered by freee focus on human-centered design (HCD), with design and development operating from the perspective of the user.
1. Survey/research
Conduct user interviews, etc. to investigate and analyze real-world use
2. Feedback/priority analysis
Identify user needs and priorities, and define the content to be provided within a product
3. Design and implementation
Design the structure, flow, and screen layouts that meet the requirements of the service provided, including information design
4. Evaluation
Prototype designs, perform heuristic evaluations, user tests, and validity assessments
5. Development
As features and functionality change during the development stage, participate in product direction and redesign as necessary
6. Quality assurance
Test developed products to ensure proper operation
7. Hypothesis verification
Verify hypotheses and concepts of user needs and provide feedback for future development
【Qualifications】
・Japanese: Business-level (N2) or higher
・Experience with information design and UI design for web applications, mobile apps, and/or websites, etc.
【Welcomed Skills/Experience】
・Experience with information design and UI design for business-facing products
・Knowledge of accounting and/or HR practices
・Knowledge of or experience with programming for accessibility
