Accounting System Infrastructure Engineers are in charge of all processes, from planning to maintenance development, of infrastructure in the accounting products of in-house software packages for large companies. This position is expected to lead directly to a management role after obtaining a proper level of experience.

[About this Job]
・ Gain a lot of experience in creative thinking and problem solving using individual technologies for product development issues.
・ The main user base consists of major domestic companies, with products being installed at many major domestic corporate groups.
・ Feel the pride of knowing that the functions you have planned and developed are used in many companies, schools, government offices, etc., and support the basis of social activities.
・ Work in a diverse environment with the many foreign employees in the domestic development department, as well as through collaboration with overseas development bases.

[About the Accounting Product Development Department]
・ The Accounting Product Development Department consists of about 300 people in total, at four offices (Tokyo, Osaka, Shanghai, and Singapore).
・ Each function group is organized into teams of 5-10 people, made up of a diverse group of developers, including specialists in technology, specialists in accounting operations, and generalists.
・ The company culture is one that allows room for failure, and with the support of senior employees, Engineers can participate in on-the-job training while actively taking on new challenges and growing rapidly.

[REQUIRED]
・ Experience in building an environment using AWS
・ Experience using Java in a working or academic environment
・ Experience with developing systems regardless of programming language
・ A desire to share your knowledge and talents with others instead of simply following instructions
・ An ability to manage projects with a strong awareness of deadlines and quality
・ A strong desire to learn and grow
・ Japanese ability (Business-level or higher - about N2+)
・ Must reside in Japan

[WELCOME]
・ Experience using Jenkins
・ Experience in software infrastructure maintenance in an enterprise domain
・ Experience in system operation or development using Windows Server (1 year+)
・ Experience using container technologies such as Docker
・ Basic knowledge and/or work experience regarding information security
・ Development experience as a member of a large-scale system team
・ Experience in operating web services such as SRE
・ Expertise in redundancy and load distribution using cloud technology
・ Basic understanding of and experience implementing ITIL
・ Experience building a CI/CD environment
・ English writing ability (Text-based communication with overseas teams - Business-level or higher)

SALARY: Estimated starting from 5 to 7 million yen, yearly
Includes twice-yearly bonuses, and twice-yearly pay-raise opportunities, and standard minimum 45 hr./mo. overtime pay (regardless of actual overtime worked)
