Junior members of the Product Planning team connect customer support teams, product teams, and engineering teams at the international headquarters in order to absorb user feedback and reflect it in service improvement.
・ Draw up reports received from users via the customer support team
・ Determine whether the report reflects a system bug
・ If a system bug is the cause, report the feedback to the engineering team at headquarters and request investigation and improvement
・ Report improvement results to each team in the company
As the company continues to grow, there are various opportunities to grow individually, including the possiblity to eventually become a full-time Product Planner, etc.
