Offshore Project Manager

Hybrid Technologies Co., Ltd. was founded in March 2012 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, as an offshore development company, providing development services to a wide variety of client companies. Over 6 years since its foundation, the company has grown to over 1,000 employees, and expanded to three offshore bases in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hanoi.

While based in Japan, Offshore Project Managers will manage a Vietnam-based team of software engineers. Regular visits will be made to the site in Vietnam. (No English required!)

Main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
・Propel development projects for company services
・Develop and improve the structure of the Vietnam-based development team
・Evaluate and hire engineers based in Vietnam
・Follow-up on matters from Japan-based project management

Must
・Japanese: Intermediate (N3) or higher
・System development experience (Using stacks such as LAMP)
