Administrative related position (back office)
Tasks may include, and are not limited to:
・ Management / support of contract sealing procedure and contract expiration date
・ Document related maintenance / management
・ Purchasing and inventory management for equipment orders
・ Planning and management of company events and events
・ Support internal operations
・ Visitor correspondence / telephone correspondence
・ Travel arrangement / adjustment (with external agency)
・ Office environment maintenance
・ General support for operations in the management headquarters
GROUND Inc. is looking for a hard working individual who can be in charge of the supporting the management headquarters to strengthen our back office.
Required skills and experience:
・ Japanese level - N2 or higher
・ Working knowledge of computer skills (PC, Gmail)
・ Excel (intermediate level: use of functions, etc.)
Preferred skills and experience:
・ English level - conversational
・ Experience in back office such as sales affairs and general affairs
・ Office related qualifications
