Designers are responsible for the space and interior design of stores and hotels in Japan and overseas. You will be responsible for communicating across departments within the company as well as with clients and contractors to lead a team to carry out the design vision.
Designers with little or no prior experience will start by assisting with the above.
This is a great opportunity for you to learn the interior design business under the direction of the design director.

★ The ratio of projects is 50/50 domestic and overseas.
We have a wide range of continuing projects both domestically and internationally, from luxury hotels in big cities to resorts on remote islands, so you can exercise your skills while approaching fresh challenges on a daily basis.

★ You will be able to focus on high-value-added space design.
Because we take charge of projects starting from the planning stage, we are able to develop designs entirely from scratch.

We welcome anyone with real-world interior design experience and especially favor those with experience working with designing for hotels and/or restaurants.
Anyone without occupational interior design experience is also welcome to apply!

Requirements:
A positive, forward-looking attitude
An ability to take full responsibility for your work
A passion and love for design
Low Intermediate-level (N3+) Japanese

Favored:
3 years or more of work experience
Experience using AutoCAD
Experience working in or with hotels and/or restaurants

SALARY:
To be determined based on skills and experience.

WORKING HOURS:
10:00 ~ 19:00 (with 1-hour break)

DAYS OFF/HOLIDAYS:
Weekends (Sat./Sun.), national holidays, summer holiday, New Year's holiday, congratulatory/condolence leave, paid vacation, refresher leave
(Holiday compensation is provided if necessary to work on holidays.)
