・NCI provides system development and consulting for industries such as finance, manufacturing, logistics, and telecommunications. Engineers will be consistently involved in projects, from upstream to downstream.
・Although roles and tasks will be made according to experience, beginning engineers will participate in the development process and be able to gradually work their way to become leaders, and senior engineers will take on the role of project leader, managing all aspects of technical work and planning.

・Core system for construction machinery manufacturers (production management, etc.), telecom platform applications, major travel industry online sales system, in-house developed workflow package
・PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) for manufacturing, business applications for healthcare, market systems for megabanks (derivatives, etc.)
・Financial systems such as securities/trust/government finance, system development using advanced technologies such as cloud (AWS), IoT, and AI, and initiatives in new business areas
■ Work style:
Teams ranging from several to dozens of people in size are involved from small-scale projects of tens of millions of yen to medium- and large-scale projects of hundreds of millions of yen. Depending on the project, engineers will be in charge of the extreme upstream to downstream. Projects include clients in various industries, such as manufacturing, telecommunications, service, retail, finance, etc.

・Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of experience in a relevant field

SALARY: Starting from 5 to 8.2 million yen, yearly (with overtime)
(To be decided based on work experience/interview)
WORK HOURS: 9:00 ~ 17:40 (1-hour break, monthly average overtime: 29 hours)
